1. Send Your Inquiry
You can provide us with your design drawings, or tell us where you need to use them, and we will recommend similar product series to you according to the application scenarios
2. Get Reviewed
After the engineering team receives your drawings or requirements, we will reply to you with our professional suggestions
3. First Sample
Before we start mass production, we will produce the sample within 1-3 days and send it to you for testing and confirmation
4. Trial Order
Please feel free to order a small batch of your Adhesive for test purposes. A trial order makes it easy for your entire adhesive order to meet your criteria
5. Contract Details
Before signing a large order contract, we will confirm with you the details of the sample, requirements, etc., to ensure that there are no mistakes in the contract and related document requirements
6. Go Into Production
After confirming the order, we will strictly follow the order requirements to purchase materials and produce your order according to the relevant quality standards
7. Packaging & Delivery
All finished Adhesives are packaged in your custom packaging and protected according to your mode of transport to ensure their safe and on-time arrival.
8. Received Product

COCO adhesive can transport the product by ship, railway, and plane. We also have cooperation with express companies, such as DHL, FedEx, and TNT. At the same time, we have an overseas warehouse for direct shipping.
For sample orders, 1-3 days are needed; for general large orders (less than 50,000 tubes ), 7-15 days are needed.
Our shipping time depends on the way you choose. If you send it to China, it will arrive the next day. For overseas shipment, it takes 35-40 days by sea and land, 12-15days by air, and 5-7 days by express.

Our warranty is usually 2 years based on different kinds of products and requests. About the policy, we will ship the defective products back and forth for replacement during the warranty years.
We have a professional quality inspection department, conducting the strict inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products, products in production, and finished products to ensure stable production of products. For those defective products, we will fix it or remake it.
COCO adhesive usually packed in cardboard boxes, with an inner box inside and a waterproof and moisture-proof woven bag on the outermost part.
110 ml adhesive packaging box with 10 colored inner boxes, each containing 12 adhesive tubes, totaling 120 tubes.
50ml adhesive packaging box with 12 colored inner boxes, each containing 30 adhesive tubes, totaling 360 tubes.
15ml adhesive packaging box, totaling 1000 pieces.
We can also customize the specifications of packing according to the needs of customers. We can also print the logo on your box or tube package as you require.
We accept TT, PayPal, LC at sight, usually for big orders, 30% TT in advance, balance to be paid before shipping.
Our salesman will declare the value as the customer’s requirement normally. The import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges will be different from each importing date. If the goods were turned back or destroyed for unable customs-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.
